The tailored CRM application was implemented to facilitate the process of tracking and organizing contacts with business customers. It supports both front- and back-office operations. It was primarily meant to provide relevant information for the Sales Manager as well as mobile sales force and thus improve the service provided to customers. The web-based sales support system also allows to use customer information for targeted marketing.
The software was integrated with the customer database and contains among other things a workflow for customer subscription, a report export feature for formats such as XLS and report on-line display based on Adobe Flex charts.
A community portal founded by CASE – Doradcy. The primary aim of the initiative was to provide a tool for information dissemination as well as a forum for exchanging experiences concerning new technologies and business innovation. The companies and institutions were supposed to find a convenient location where to find useful information about financing their R&D ventures and initiatives.
The web-services-based solution was developed to aggregate data residing in a number of legacy systems and thus provide a repository for the application of BI tools.
It was implemented to lay the foundation for reliable monitoring and decision support tools.
The mini data-warehouse allows to import data from both internal and external information systems, such as Google Analytics. It has been integrated with existing databases: MSSQL, Firebird and PostgreSQL and enables the user to specify custom feeds, i.e. SQL sources of data to be aggregated. The output can be exported to pdf, csv, xls, sql tables and the data can be displayed in the form of Flash-based charts and graphs.
An intranet application used to support the booking system at a Gold Mine Theme Park. The system contains a module for report- and invoice-generation and management, a client data-storage feature and an on-line booking facility for potential visitors.
The web application was developed to cost-effectively monitor the financial performance of a chain of bars in Ireland. It aggregates cost and revenue data from the bars and generates a set of multidimensional reports for both the bar managers and the business owners. Instantaneous access to the data is meant to facilitate the decision-making processes in the venture. Additionally, the solution allows to manage dividend calculation and disbursement.
The application was developed with AJAX, RoR and integrated with a MySQL database.
An auction-based community site for professionals and their clients. An on-line web application which provides businesses with access to a qualified lead-generation service – connecting professionals with the clients they seek and vice versa. The site aggregates lists of both professionals and clients, and enables the latter to create projects and the former to bid for them. Each of the professionals is carefully selected on a nationwide basis, in Ireland. Both parties can rate each other, which helps to create a database of trusted, well-qualified, reliable companies.
An intranet application for construction projects cashflow management, including modules for managing salaries and wages, advance payment schedules, invoice-generation and tax calculations. The system was fitted up with advanced analytical tools. The main reason for implementing the software application was to gain better control of the financial side of the business, with a clear division of workflow into projects.
A community site for tradesmen and their clients. An on-line web service developed for an Irish company. It allows users to source tradesmen in their local area by posting a query about the job they need doing. The system selects the most appropriate tradesman from a database of registered tradesmen and sends them an instant SMS containing basic information about the job and the user’s contact details. If any of the notified tradesmen is interested in the job, they contact the user. Once the job has been done, the user receives an e-mail reminder asking them to post an opinion about the tradesman.
A software solution supporting a complex supply chain architecture spanning the movement, processing and storage of products delivered from third parties to direct suppliers and from direct suppliers to the client. The system was meant to reduce logistics management costs on the supply side of the business and improve collaboration among the companies involved. It facilitates purchase order placement and processing, work and document flow as well as stock management. Orders are placed manually or based on automatic suggestions.
The software was integrated with the client’s legacy applications, including the SAGE ERP system. Communication with the ERP database is based on the SOAP protocol. The application is featured with dynamic AJAX interfaces and allows to export data into PDF, XML and XLS formats.
An intranet software application for improving the quality-control system of an automotive company. The application consists of modules for managing quality-assurance forms and processing the accompanying photographs, and for the automatic distribution of forms to business partners, as well as statistical analysis tools.
The back-office application is part of an on-line shop software architecture and supports the process of product offer management. The client’s offering is generated from its suppliers’ product database, which is fed with data from the suppliers’ catalogues. The system allows to keep track of stock levels, manage prices, product descriptions and photos. General offer templates can be customized to create offers for individual resellers. The applications are integrated with other product information management systems used in the company.
The web interfaces implemented provide the level of functionality found in desktop applications making the system more dynamic, responsive and user friendly. The effects were achieved by the application of technologies such as AJAX and Adobe FLEX.
A application allowing the client to generate and manage customized product offers for individual customers. It supports the management of retail and bulk sale prices, warehouse administration, product photos processing and publication, quality assurance as well as the associated workflow. The application is integrated with the web sales and the intranet product information systems. The information generated in the application is used as input data fed into the e-commerce front-end.
An extranet web application facilitating the dynamic generation of XML documents for Flash presentations. The solution features a simple and highly intuitive GUI, a version mechanism which allows it to easily process a number of XML formats as well as image-processing and advanced administrative functionalities. An efficient XML data-processing engine allows automatic updating of the contents of the presentation based on the data supplied from the main application.
