With the build-in application features  it is easy to manage multiple clients, companies, divisions and locations. Functionally, the platform enables its users to find out who is calling, why they are calling, and what they are calling about.

Technology

The back-end of the application was developed in Ruby on Rails 4.0 and relies on PostgreSQL. We used jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, HighCharts and TurboLinks to implement the front-end of this marketing analytics platform.
