PacTrac is a cloud based web platform which facilitates the management of a construction company by enabling the managers to effectively handle employee allocations, schedules, jobs, interactions with clients and the workflow management involved.
This web solution enables construction managers to assign jobs to schedules and conduct shift planning. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule tasks for the workforce as well as to keep track of pending jobs. All the data is aggregated and processed into easy-to-understand reports and the reporting functionality supports the evaluation of work done.

The back-end of the application was developed in Rails 4.0.1 and Ruby 2.0.0 with a number of brand-new gems and external libraries.We used HTML5 and CSS3 to implement the front-end of this staff scheduling and workflow management software tool.
