Service Design At Your Service
On 12th and 13th December we attended the first international conference on service design in Poland – the “Design at your service” event took place in Katowice.
The growing importance of apps to Europe’s economy is the subject of a new report sponsored by the ACT 4 Apps which provides app developers with educational events, development and UI tools, and a platform for getting more involved in policy issues that affect them.
The idea of the digital changing things sounds hardly impressive for both professionals and common users of the countless number of electronic devices, gadgets and applications which have actually become part and parcel of our lives and are simply here to stay.

In early June I took part in Webinale Berlin – a holistic event with an ambition to embrace and combine the business, technology and design perspectives on web and mobile development, e-commerce, conversion, social media, online marketing, tech start-ups, etc.
Some clients ask why their application needs to be covered with automated tests. The basic truth is that if you want to ensure quality on your application it should be properly tested and both manual and automated tests are essential when you want to achieve that goal.
