Vtelligence BVBA is a Belgium based company specialising in “closing the gap between business and IT”. This means a continuous search on how to achieve a relevant impact on business and bottom-line financial results. 9TEAMS is a platform that makes IT executives and project managers more successful.
Piet, the 9TEAMS founder, started to work on a number of functions and on various types of projects related to supply chains and information technology. He has done projects ranging from ERP selection, SAP implementations, integration with 3rd party logistics providers, SAP roll-outs to numerous business transformation initiatives. From his experiences, he envisioned 9TEAMS as the ultimate ‘e-mail killer’ and productivity booster for business teams that want to make work happen, while staying compliant.
The plan was to create 9TEAMS in a way that reinforces planning, organizing and follow-ups. It brings together all stakeholders, information and tasks.

Process and Project Scope
Iterate through several ideas before a single line of code was created
The whole project started with a series of workshops where we were engaged in discussing and designing a solution that would provide a required set of tools. A series of clickable wireframes that simulated a flow of steps that the user would follow to achieve a certain outcome were created. Using those wireframes a number of tests were performed to verify the accuracy of initial assumptions.
Facilitation of the way organizations are conducting meetings
Thanks to the selected approach Selleo was able to guide the client through the process of bringing his ideas to life in a methodical and cost-effective manner. The clickable prototype allowed the team to iterate through ideas in a matter of days rather than weeks.
In result, 9TEAMS became an enterprise collaboration platform that supports running the meeting and taking minutes with access to the information and resources required, at any given time.
This meeting management software improves collaboration effectiveness and facilitates the way organizations are conducting meetings. Teams can collaborate on projects, meetings and tasks in one place. The created solution enables easy and convenient files distribution and report generation (PDFs) through the ability to store information that describes decisions, conclusion statements and actions. Through integration with the e-mail system, it allows task allocation and sending daily emails about the overdue tasks, rendering it to be a decision-making tool 9TEAMS. An efficient coordination of the various components involved in meeting process is achieved through the automatic distribution of meeting minutes and tasks/topics notifications to attendees. Additionally, guests are allowed to collaborate without a need to create an account.
