The Munich-based company is a pioneer in the city courier sector, delivering sophisticated software solutions for the prompt delivery of a wide variety of goods. The solutions are meant to serve e-tailers and retailers dealing in consumer electronics, logistics, fashion, automotive industry and the like.\ The company needed to craft server to server communication system using SOAP and REST APIs. They wanted to grow their SaaS transport management system and enable users to:
- enable status tracking in real-time
- automate customer communication by SMS or email along the entire delivery chain
- record and analyse existing delivery data
Process and Project Scope
Tiramizoo looked for experienced developers to form a close-knit team with their engineers. They commissioned us to augment their software developers and integrate their same-day-delivery API with one of its key clients’ webshop.

The implemented PROXY communication ensures safe and reliable processing of delivery-order status updates as well as their delivery of the updates to the Tiramizoo’s client’s webshop. Handling cross-communication between 3rd-party solutions using SOAP and REST APIs we were able to build a system which:

- ensures security
- provides superior performance
- is highly extensible
