Platform with AI designed for businesses. Its main purpose is to automatically help companies in preparing a comprehensive business plan. Initially, the user is guided through a series of questions about their company, and with the use of OpenAI, the application provides answers.

Scope of our work
Our main task was to set up the application environment and implement AI functionalities through OpenAI integration. We developed a login panel with an authentication feature and a user profile section where they can manage their information and account settings. The home page features a Kanban board with task lists for an overview. The business plan page offers a detailed Q&A section with AI chat support, enabling users to generate OKRs. On the OKRs page, users receive AI-generated results, with options to modify, add, or generate tasks.

Description
The project is designed to create business plans and OKRs for companies. Through an interactive user interface, powered by OpenAI, users go through a series of questions and receive intelligent responses to help structure their business plans and subsequent tasks.
Challenge
The project presented several challenges, including the integration of OpenAI for generating responses, implementing appropriate models for OpenAI Assistant responses, and handling specific queries about different sections of the business plan. Additionally, generating OKRs or Tasks with OpenAI required specific steps to follow. First the base information, then AI creates OKRs based on information in the business plan, and as a result returns the answer in JSON format.
Outcome
As a result, we developed a fully functional application that allows users to create business plans, generate OKRs, and manage tasks. The application offers an intuitive user interface for easy navigation and use, with effective AI assistance to enhance the planning process.
