Northpass needed to augment its domestic engineering team with a larger, lower-cost option for a development talent. They needed an outsourcing partner with an ability to scale the team. Selleo augmented the client to boost the platform development and facilitate faster implementation of features. With staff augmentation, the company could adjust to rapidly changing staffing needs and meet aggressive project timelines.

Selleo developers were fully integrated with the client in-house team and reported directly to the head of engineering. The client needed developers with deep understanding of agile methodologies to work with their project management system. We assimilated directly into their process in which developers are responsible for the quality of their code.To tighten the collaboration Northpass developers visited our premises and worked with our developers sharing deeper insights into the project.
