Scope of our work
Defined Learning contacted us to develop the MVP version of the Defined Careers app in Ruby on Rails. The whole code-base was built from scratch which later was integrated with Defined other existing systems. Our UX/UI team was also responsible for the designs later.

We integrated the system with Common App which helps apply to universities along with a customised resume system that can be easily created based on completed courses.

Project Overview
Description
MVP product version that was integrated with the existing database and integrated with various functionalities like Opportunities module, Virtual Internships, automated reports system, and customized resumes.
Challenge
To deliver the base repository from scratch using Ruby on Rails with certain integration to existing SQL Server Databases. Followed by an intuitive UX/UI design.
Outcome
Successfully developed platform that is being constantly improved with new features and technologies to keep users engaged in the offered content. Used in over 5000+ schools where 80%+ students expressed that their participation in the program broadened their perspective about potential careers!

Virtual Internships module consisting of lessons imitating real-life tasks that may occur during the internship
