Our dedicated development team was responsible for MVP release with two Product Owners on the client’s side. The POs delivered detailed requirements with a list of must-have functionalities and were closely collaborating with Selleo’s Team Leader.
The project management was handled on Jira in one-week sprints. All the communication was either on Google Meet or Slack with regular meetings two times a week. The team also held an in-house meeting every day to ensure everybody stayed on the same page and tackled potential problems as quickly as possible.
The main scope of the project was to create a working MVP that could be distributed among a small group of testers to gather feedback and test the product. The team also handled the custom design of the platform as well as created a landing page for the project presenting the design and implementation of the solution.
