ABOUT THE PROJECTGeneral project overview

Our dedicated development team was responsible for MVP release with two Product Owners on the client’s side. The POs delivered detailed requirements with a list of must-have functionalities and were closely collaborating with Selleo’s Team Leader.

The project management was handled on Jira in one-week sprints. All the communication was either on Google Meet or Slack with regular meetings two times a week. The team also held an in-house meeting every day to ensure everybody stayed on the same page and tackled potential problems as quickly as possible.

The main scope of the project was to create a working MVP that could be distributed among a small group of testers to gather feedback and test the product. The team also handled the custom design of the platform as well as created a landing page for the project presenting the design and implementation of the solution.

The entire application is built in 4 layers: workspaces, stations, lists, and records.

After entering the selected workspace, users see a view of different stations where they can add details about the workspace or invite new users.

Users can create various lists that can be shown as Grid, Kanban, Calendar, or Gantt.

The application allows users to:

  • accept and send invitations to the platform
  • create and edit workspaces
