about project
Project Overview
At the heart of Stratify are three robust modules — Explore, Create, and Execute — each crafted to support a different stage of your business journey. Use Explore to uncover insights and identify opportunities, Create to define your strategy and shape your business model, and Execute to bring your plans to life with clear objectives and actionable steps.
With Stratify, you'll never feel unprepared — it’s like having a strategic partner by your side, guiding you from early ideas to real-world results.
Challenge
One of the main challenges in designing Stratify was translating complex strategic frameworks — such as SWOT, PESTEL, Competitor Matrix, and the McKinsey 7S Model — into intuitive, interactive activities that users could easily engage with. These tools are often used in workshops or spreadsheets, so reimagining them within a digital product required a careful balance between clarity, structure, and usability.
Our goal was to ensure that each activity felt approachable and actionable, even for users without a background in strategic planning. This involved thoughtful interaction design, modular layouts, and clear guidance throughout each step.
The second major challenge was integrating AI assistance that could intelligently support users in filling out these frameworks. Based on the initial company setup provided by the user, the AI needed to generate relevant suggestions and pre-fill content where possible — helping reduce cognitive load and guide users toward stronger strategic thinking.
Together, these challenges required close collaboration between design, product, and development teams to ensure a seamless, smart, and user-friendly experience across all modules.
Outcome
To support Stratify’s early-stage business goals, we designed and delivered a fully interactive prototype that brings the product vision to life. The prototype showcased all core modules and demonstrated how users could move seamlessly from strategic insight to actionable planning.
The final prototype was not only used to validate the UX internally but also became a key asset for Stratify’s founder to present the product to potential investors and stakeholders. It clearly communicated the platform’s value proposition and functionality in a tangible, investor-ready format — helping accelerate early conversations and generate interest ahead of development.
This collaborative effort resulted in a strong proof of concept that positions Stratify for confident next steps in product development and fundraising.
