The goal was to deliver consistent, high-quality training for onboarding, internal skill building, and leadership development, while maintaining compliance and clear governance.

At the center of their process is a training request that must become an executable learning package. Teams define audience, goals, constraints, and enterprise data context. Scope of our work

We started with discovery to map the end-to-end corporate training workflow, from a business request to a deployable learning package. We identified where expertise stalls content generation, defined the required inputs and outputs, and documented edge cases tied to enterprise systems, enterprise data, and governance. This groundwork shaped the multi agent framework and the user journeys that business users follow under NDA constraints.

Next, we designed the product experience and validated it with prototypes. We created clear collaborative workflows where ai agents act as specialized agents (e.g., Instructional Designer, Subject Matter Expert) and where human approval steps keep quality and tone consistent. UX/UI focused on predictable multi agent orchestration across complex workflows, so agents interact and agents collaborate without confusing handoffs or unpredictable behavior.

Then we built the multi agent ai platform and its backend foundation. We implemented secure access control, data governance rules to maintain compliance, and a content architecture for producing structured outputs: instructional materials, assessments, and facilitator guides. We engineered scalable infrastructure, agent execution patterns, and tool calling so multiple agents can handle specific tasks and evolve over time.
