The application is marketed to real estate brokers (B2B) and it enables the latter to create animated video presentations from photo sets. The app allows the brokers’ customers – i.e., prospective property buyers or tenants – to view quasi-video presentations (CSS3 animations with such effects as zooming and panning) of the real estate available for purchase or lease.

The tool is meant to facilitate brokers in their marketing and sales processes. The core objective is to provide their prospective customers with more appealing real estate presentations and thus increase the percentage of online visitors who convert into offline prospects ready to contact the broker and inspect the property viewed online.
Links to photo sets stored in the app can be embedded in the associated property advertisements published in online real estate catalogues which belong to the broker and/or a third party.
The presentation can also be converted into video formats in order to be embedded on YouTube or Vimeo. The cross-platform application works on desktop devices, tablets and smartphones.
