4 Reminders is a mobile application developed for a Polish consulting company 4 Results which strive to deliver systemic solutions in the area of change management. The app is a knowledge base for leaders and managers who deal with managerial challenges on a daily basis.
Manage and lead the team
It is based on the company’s unique methodology, solutions and tools (such as their team diagnostic assessment or leadership versatility model), and provides access to the body of know-how divided into 4 thematic areas: effectiveness, team management, leadership and change management
Depending on a given situation (e.g. team meeting, providing feedback, setting goals or team building), the user can identify and use the specific solution/tool which fulfils their needs.
The user-friendly and intuitive interface enables the user to easily select their area of interest as well as deploy the solution/tool needed to gain leverage in change implementation.
